How to create an account ?

To become a Lafitte member and open a client account you have to :

  • Click on “log in” on the right top of the page
  • On the page “New clients”, click on “Create an account”
  • Fill in the form and click on “Submit”

If you have some difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How to change my account data ? 

  • Click on “log in” on the right top of the page and enter your ID’s
  • Edit your personal informations and then click on “validate”

How to change my password ?

  • Click on “log in”, then on the link “Forgot password”

We will immediately send you another new password.

How to consult the history of my orders ?

  • Click on “log in” on the right top of the page and enter your IDs.
  • Consult the section “My Order History”

How long does delivery take ? 

  • If we have the item in stock, the order is processed within 48 hours.
  • If you order a specific item, the delay will exceed 1 week.

How to choose your size ?

  • Lafitte has a size guide which is available here !

How to change my order ?

  • Once your order has been validated and paid, you can’t edit it computationally.
  • However, if the delivery time exceeds 1 week, it is possible to call us in order to change something.

Where do you deliver ?

  • We mainly deliver in metropolitan France. If you come from another country, please contact us.

Can my billing address be different from my delivery address ?

  • Of course, it does. When making the payment, you can choose different addresses. Note that this option is only available for addresses which are in the same country.

Can I return an item ?

  • You can only return an item within 15 days if it has not been weared.
