How to consult the history of my orders ?
Click on “log in” on the right top of the page and enter your IDs. Consult the section “My Order History”.
How long does delivery take?
If we have the item in stock, the order is processed within 48 hours. If you order a specific item, the delay will exceed 1 week.

How to change my order ?
Once your order has been validated and paid, you can’t edit it computationally. However, if the delivery time exceeds 1 week, it is possible to call us in order to change something.
Where do you deliver ?
We mainly deliver in metropolitan France. If you come from another country, please contact us.
Can my billing address be different from my delivery address ?
Of course, it does. When making the payment, you can choose different addresses. Note that this option is only available for addresses which are in the same country.
Can I return an item ?
You can only return an item within 15 days if it has not been weared.
