General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These conditions below are deemed to be known from the buyer and all his orders is regarded as acceptance of those ones.
No contrary clause can be accepted except written special conventions. 


1.1 – The price of our products are given in euros, all taxes included, except the shipping costs and processing fees.

1.2 – For all products shipped out of the European Union and overseas departments and territories, the price will automatically exclude taxes on the bill. Duties and other local or state taxes or import duty is likely to be due. These duties and taxes does not fall under Lafitte Company. You will be charged to pay it and you will be responsible for it, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations of your country. We advise you to find out about these aspects from your local authorities.

1.3 – Lafitte Company may reserve the right to change prices at any time but the products will be invoiced  on the basis of currently prevailing prices when you order.

1.4 – The products remain the ownership of the Company until the full payment of the bill.

The contract informations are in French and is subject to a confirmation resuming these contract informations no later than at the time of the order validation.


You state to accept and became aware of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before ordering. The validation of your order constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Sale. Unless the contrary is proved, data that will be registered by Lafitte Company will be the proof of all transactions between Lafitte and its customers.


Our product offerings are right until you can see it on the website, as long as stocks last and excluding promotional activities mentioned. In the event of the unvailability of a product after ordering, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.


5.1 – Generalities

 Your parcel wil be carried out by La Poste services from Monday to Friday. The products are delivered to the shipping address that you mentioned during the order process, no later than the date specified on the checkout page before the client validates the order. When you order several products at the same time and that those have different delivery dates, the delivery date is based on the furthest one. However, Lafitte Company may reserve the right to split up deliveries. The processing fees and shipping costs participation will be invoiced only for one shipment.

If the dispatch is delayed, you will receive an email informing you about a potential consequence on the delivery deadline provided. If we have a delay in the delivery, we will offer you another delivery date by email. At all events, in accordance with the legal provisions, if there is a delay in  delivery up to 7 days, you are allowed to cancel your order within 60 working days. In that case, if you received the item, after your cancellation, we will pay you back the price of the item as well as the one-way fees, as soon as we do receive the item in total and in its original state.

We advise you to regularly consult your order tracking and contact the Customer Service if you have some questions or problems. In case of credit or private card payment and split deliveries, only products shipped are debited. In case of payment by cheque, the order will be shipped after accreditation of our bank account.

5.2 – Reserves

You have to notify the carrier and Lafitte Company of any reservation about the product delivered (for instance : damaged package, already open…). Depending on certain circumstances defined in the 9th article below, you can benefit from trade and repayment conditions.


The payment of your purchaseswill be settled by :

> By cheque.

 The card debit is made with a deferred payment of 0 day. In case of payment by cheque, it has to be sent by a bank established in metropolitan France. In order to allow Lafitte Company to manage your order as best it can, the cheque will have to be sent to Lafitte within 2 working days following your order validation to :

We use the SSL coding system, but we also have strenghtened all the scrambling and coding processes to protect as efficiently as possible all sensitive data linked to payment methods.


8.1 – Right of with drawal
According to the current legal provisions, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal towards Lafitte Company without assigning any reason or any financial penalty. In case of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the 10 days, only the price of the products purchased and shipping costs will be paid back, the return costs remain at your charge. Returns have to be made in complete and original state, allowing us to market  it again in mint condition, and together with an invoice copy for an optimum management.

8.2 – Products that are excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the current rules, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised for customised products.

We make a commitment to pay you back or apparently replace defective, damaged or harmed products or products which do not match your order. In that case, we would ask you to inform us in writing and in detail, then you will have to send the product(s) back to us. Then, you will decide if you want to be refund or if you want to exchange the products. You will have your shipping costs reimbursed on the base of the invoiced tariff and you will have your return costs refunded only if you send us receipts. At all events, in accordance with the current legal provisions, you benefit from the assurances of compliance and hidden defects.. The provisions of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided in the Article 8.


The repayment of the products, in the cases referred to in Article 8 and 9, will be made as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days following the date when this right was exercised. The repayment will be made on a proposal from Lafitte Company by credit or by cheque addressed to the name of the client who ordered and to the invoicing address. The customer can choose another repayment method than the one described. The advantages that the customer got when he ordered will be canceled in case of the return of product(s) together with a repayment of so-called product(s).

This contract is subjected to French law. The contract language is French and it is translated in English for Lafitte Company’s foreign customers. When conflicts occur, this is only the French court that will be competent.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6th January 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to your personal data. You just have to send us an email indicating your first name and surname, your email address and if possible your customer reference. According to the current regulation, your request has to be signed and joined with a copy of your ID card with your signature and you have to precise the address you want to receive the answer. We will send an answer within 2 months following the receipt of the request.

Depending on your choices that you made during the creation or the consultation of your account, you may receive offers from our company. If you don’t want offers anymore, you can ask us for it at any time.
