Frequently Asked Questions

Customer account

To become a Lafitte member and be able to order sports clothing, you must open a customer account:
1 – Click on “Identify”, at the top right of the page
2 – In the “New customers” area, click on “Create an account”
3 – Fill out the form then click on “Submit”
If you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Click on “login” at the top right of the page and enter your login details. Modify your personal information then click on “validate”.

Click on “login” at the top right of the page and enter your login details. Enter your current password, your new password, confirmation of your new password, then “validate”.

Click on “login”, then on the “Forgot password” link. We will immediately send you an email with a new password.

Orders

Click on “login” at the top right of the page and enter your login details. Consult the “My order history” section.

If the product is in stock, the order is processed within 48 hours. If the product is specific, the delay will be greater than one week. It takes approximately 2 weeks between placing your order and shipping it. Our products are made to order, in our workshop in Troyes. Some options may add additional delays. It takes around 48 hours to send orders via Colissimo (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Lafitte has a size guide for its products which is available directly on the product sheets or directly through the “Size guide” link located in the footer.

Once your order has been validated and paid for, it is no longer possible to modify it by computer. However, if the delivery time is more than a week, it is possible to make a change by telephone.

Delivery & Returns

We mainly deliver in mainland France. If you are in another country, please contact us.

Yes, it is possible. When paying, you can choose different addresses. Note that this option is only valid for addresses in the same country.

Yes, within 15 days, if the item has not been worn or damaged. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
